In case of the users choose to use the "zero-knowledge" tools, we are not the ones who encrypt the data that is uploaded to our servers, instead, we provide those tools so the users generate their own encryption keys from their own terminal and, once the information is encrypted on their computers, it is uploaded to our servers. This way, the advantage is doubled: We never have to have the User's information unencrypted and, moreover, we have no way of knowing the keys because we are not the ones who generated them and, therefore, even if we wanted to, we will not be able to access it because we will not have had access to the keys at any time, only the user will be able to decrypt the data.
